Choosing garments

- DTF chest logo from approximately €2.50
- DTM from €0.50
- Business starting prices per print, excluding the garment and 21% VAT. The final price depends on the method, size, position, textile, quantity and ink or material usage.
Direct to Garment
- Starting price for a chest logo approximately 60 mm wide. Suitable for detailed full-colour prints, mainly on cotton garments.
- Maximum approximately 40 × 50 cm
Direct to Film
- A chest logo normally starts at approximately €2.50. A back logo often costs approximately €3.50–€6; large, ink-heavy prints can cost up to approximately €10.

From colour profile to finished garment
- AJDN uses an Epson SureColor SC-F3000 for DTG and a Mimaki TxF300-75 for DTF. We check the file, material, pretreatment, placement, ink coverage, pressing, curing and final result.
Avoid delays before production
- Files: preferably supply AI, EPS, PDF or PSD. A transparent PNG at the actual production size and at least 300 dpi can also be assessed. We receive new and corrected production, design and logo files exclusively by email at info@ajdn.com , not through WhatsApp.
- File not suitable? We explain what needs to be changed. Simple vectorisation or technical production preparation starts at €20. The initial file check is included with a production order.
Clear commitments about dispatch and washing
- Standard production orders are normally dispatched within 1–5 working days; for DTG production orders, an average of five working days is a safe indication. Production-ready webshop on-demand work is produced in an average of one working day. Production time begins once the order or quotation has been approved, the file is technically suitable, any design has been approved and the garments and materials are available or received. Transit time is not included.
- For stock-based webshop orders, the same-working-day dispatch cut-off is 15:00 from Monday to Thursday and 12:00 on Friday. Rush production is only possible after confirmation of garment stock, file, capacity and planning. Any evening surcharge is confirmed in advance.
- As a safe general care rule: wash at a maximum of 30 °C, inside out, do not tumble dry or bleach and do not iron directly over the print. Wait at least 24 hours after DTF printing before the first wash. The strictest instruction for the garment or decoration takes precedence.

What does AJDN mean by DTM?
At AJDN, DTM refers to decoration using cut materials and effect films. A cutting plotter cuts the design from materials such as rubber, glitter film or metallic film. We discuss which material suits your design and garment.

What files should I send?

Yes. A paid sample from one piece is possible. For critical colours, new garments, large prints or a new production route, we recommend a test print, digital preview or colour test in advance.
