    A subscription that fits your business

    Digital services are offered on a subscription basis; a custom quote is available if you prefer. Minimum 3 months; standard terms of 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months where shown. Terms longer than 36 months by agreement. Complete packages have a fixed 12-month term.

    Build, hosting and maintenance in one monthly amount, with no separate upfront invoice. Only maintenance receives a 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% or 20% discount for 3, 6, 12, 24 or 36 months. Build cost is spread across the term; hosting stays fixed. The final instalment adjusts rounding.

    Monthly updates and backups included; support according to the package. Stores include checkout checks. One language, supplied content and two revision rounds. Domain and licences separate. Shopify on request with a separate platform fee.

    After the build term, the build portion ends; management continues under a new agreement. Once fully paid, the website is transferable, subject to external licences. Do not add another care plan for the same website: hosting and maintenance are already included.

    Fixed 12-month term. Package savings are already included, with no additional term discount. One build; monthly module limits apply using the package quantities. For existing websites, we agree the one-time improvement replacing the build. After 12 months, a new proposal excludes the build portion.

    Campaign management for existing configured accounts; new setup quoted separately. Product photography, CRO and additional projects are optional. Domains, ad spend, mailboxes and external licences/subscriptions separate. Video & Reels: up to 30 seconds per edit from supplied footage; community management: up to 1 hour across 2 channels.

    Module limits: SEO for one website, up to 1.5 hours per month. One account per selected advertising platform, up to 2 existing campaigns and up to €1,500 monthly ad spend; ad spend itself is separate. Social posts use supplied material, with short copy, scheduling and one combined revision round. Shoots separate.

    Email campaigns are simple, using an existing template/setup and supplied content; new flows and the external subscription are separate. Content copy includes one language and one revision round. Video: basic editing, simple titles and one revision round; shoots separate. Community management on working days using agreed replies, without daily availability or full customer service. Analytics: one existing setup, up to 20 minutes per month; new setup and repairs separate.

    Clear agreements in advance

    Ad spend, domains, mailboxes, payment and transaction fees, external subscriptions, apps and licences are separate unless explicitly included. Extra languages and special features are quoted separately.

    Start, delivery, ownership, early termination, outstanding instalments and renewal are agreed before acceptance. Terms over 36 months require a separate proposal; discounts are not automatically extrapolated.
