From a subtle mark to bold 3D embroidery
An embroidered cap combines everyday use with durable brand presentation. AJDN embroiders logos, lettering and marks on suitable baseball caps, snapbacks and trucker caps.
Model, centre seam, curve, panel structure and closure determine what is possible. We assess artwork and cap and advise on size, placement, thread and flat or 3D embroidery.

Can I order one embroidered cap?
Yes. All AJDN embroidery techniques and a first sample are available on request; the terms are confirmed in the proposal.
What does cap embroidery cost?
Pricing depends on size, finish and quantity. You receive a proposal that lists garment and finishing clearly.
Does 3D embroidery cost more?
A 3D design often contains more stitches than flat embroidery and may therefore cost more. The price for your design is set out in the proposal.
Which positions are possible?
The front is most common. Side and back may be possible when construction, closure and embroidery frame allow them.
Can I supply my own caps?
Yes, if new, unworn and unwashed and after technical assessment. Customer-supplied articles follow the own-garment conditions.
What are the digitising charges?
No new digitising charge applies to linked webshop on-demand.
How long does production take?
That follows in the advice after review.
How should I supply my logo?
Preferably AI, EPS or PDF by email to info@ajdn.com. A transparent PNG at final size and at least 300 dpi can be assessed. Not through WhatsApp.
