What does AJDN mean by on-demand clothing production?
On-demand means that AJDN aligns production with an actual webshop order or with stock agreed in advance. You do not need to manufacture every size, colour and design as a finished collection before you start selling.
The process can start small and grow with your brand. In an order-led model, AJDN orders the blank garment after the customer order arrives. In a stock-led model, agreed fast-selling garments are ready in Ridderkerk. A hybrid model combines both.

Choose order-led, stock-led or hybrid production
We agree the stock model per product or variant around expected demand and production requirements.
Order-led on-demand
With order-led production, we order garments after receiving the webshop order. Timing remains subject to supplier availability.
Stock-led on-demand
Agreed garments are held based on a forecast or customer agreement. Production and checks are scheduled after the order arrives. The product, file and order data must be ready.
Hybrid production
Keep proven bestsellers in stock and produce other variants to order. For growing stores, we agree the stock held per product or variant.
When does production time begin?
Production time starts once the order or quotation is approved, the production file is technically suitable, any design supplied by AJDN is approved and all required garments and materials are available or received.
Lead times apply to working days only. AJDN communicates when an order is dispatched; carrier transit and delivery are separate. We contact you first if an address, file, stock position or order instruction is incomplete.
Timing depends on garments, files, material availability, production requirements and capacity. We agree the expected dispatch date in advance; carrier transit and delivery are separate.
Clear ownership of every garment
We record which stock is held for your brand, who owns it, how you can view it and the arrangements for replenishment and returns.
AJDN alerts the customer or replenishes according to the agreed process when stock runs low. Returns can be inspected and returned to customer stock where suitable.
What makes up the price per order?
The price may include garments, production per position, labels or brand finishing, packaging and shipping. The selected elements, any preparation and order-volume arrangements are set out in your proposal.
Dimensions, additional positions, ink, stitch count, special materials and design work can affect the price. Refer to your proposal for current amounts and terms.
When fulfilment is included, storage, stock receiving, packaging materials, shipping labels, carrier charges and exceptional returns or warehouse work may apply. These terms are confirmed before launch.

- Business prices exclude 21% VAT. Production time starts when the order, files, approvals and required materials are ready. Carrier transit time is not included.
Order-led on-demand
- Normally dispatched within 1–5 working days
Stock-led on-demand
- Orders received before 15:00 Monday–Thursday are normally dispatched the same working day
- Friday cut-off is 12:00
Hybrid production
- Friday after 12:00: only an entirely production-ready product that merely needs picking and packing may still leave on Friday after an operational check. This is not an automatic dispatch promise.
- Ordinary production orders normally take 1–5 working days. Fully production-ready work within an established webshop process averages one working day. Rush production is only accepted after stock, files, capacity and planning have been confirmed.
Blank garments and customer stock
- Choose from more than 200 brands. The Stanley/Stella and Oltex collections can be viewed and tried in the Ridderkerk showroom; AS Colour is available to order and is being added to the showroom in stages.
Test order and launch
- The public business starting prices on the relevant technique pages apply. Garments, additional positions, dimensions, ink, stitch count, special materials and design work are charged separately where applicable. Business prices exclude 21% VAT.

- If a file is unsuitable, AJDN explains what needs to change. Simple file preparation or technical correction is available from €20.

From webshop order to production and tracking
WooCommerce and Shopify are starting points for the technical intake. We discuss temporary access, responsibilities and removing access after setup.
We first discuss your platform, required data and a suitable connection. Products, variants, SKUs, files, retail prices, shipping rules and exceptions are configured and checked separately.
We assess which orders, statuses and tracking data your store can exchange safely. The agreed data flow is checked with a test order before launch. You manage products, variants and retail prices; we agree the approved production data and files per product or variant.
Other webshop platforms and API routes are assessed during a technical intake. General AJDN or supplier stock is not presented as universally synchronised webshop stock; only specifically agreed customer-owned stock can be used as a confirmed stock source.
What can be processed for each webshop order?
Blank garments and customer stock
We discuss suitable blank garments or your own new, unworn and unwashed clothing. Materials and production requirements are technically reviewed in advance.
DTG, DTF and DTM
Full-colour prints, chest and back designs, names, numbers, neck-label formats and special effects can be linked per product and variant.
Embroidery
Flat, 3D, Full Colour, Appliqué, Chenille and Embossed embroidery can be included following a technical review.
Labels and individual data
Add printed neck labels, supplied woven labels, size or care labels, hangtags, barcodes, QR codes, SKUs, names and numbers.
Blank or finished stock
AJDN can hold blank garments and finished printed or embroidered products. Minimum stock by size or colour is agreed only where needed.
White-label shipping
Combine production with packaging, dispatch, tracking and returns inspection. Detailed logistics terms are set out on the relevant service pages.
From design to production
Webshop, products and volume
We discuss platform, products, variants, expected orders, sales countries, dispatch deadlines and exceptions.
Garments, files and sample
We check garments, files, positions and finishing. If a sample is needed, its specification, costs and approval are agreed in advance.
Connection and production data
After technical review, we configure the agreed connection, map SKUs and variants and record the approved production data.
Test order and launch
Before launch, we check a test order, status feedback, tracking, address data and the agreed production and dispatch route.

Can AJDN produce on-demand clothing from one item?

What is the difference between order-led and stock-led production?

Options include DTG, DTF, DTM, flat and 3D embroidery, Full Colour Embroidery, Appliqué, Chenille and Embossed embroidery. Suitability depends on the garment, artwork, position and production time, so every product is technically reviewed.
When does production time start and is shipping included?
Production time starts once the order or quotation, production file, any design approval and all required materials are ready. It applies to working days only. Carrier transit and delivery are not included.
How do I supply files and keep communication central?

Will my webshop be fully operational in five minutes?
No. About five minutes refers only to activating the technical WooCommerce or Shopify connection when the correct access is available. Products, variants, SKUs, production data, prices, shipping, exceptions and a test order must then be configured and checked.
