Good hosting supports your website’s speed and availability. AJDN combines hosting, WordPress knowledge and careful maintenance to assess both the server and the website.

We set up environments for business websites and stores. If you want to move from another host, we first review your current setup and plan the migration with you.

What managed hosting covers

Managed means we take on technical maintenance so you can focus on content and customers. Exact components depend on the agreed package. Typical elements include backups, security, monitoring and updates — what is in or out is stated in the proposal.

Personal support is part of managed hosting. It is not a 24/7 service and there is no guaranteed response time; the work covered depends on the chosen package.

Is this suitable for WooCommerce?

Yes. We account for shop needs; concrete setup follows a short scan.

Do you handle domain and email?

They can be part of the conversation. What we take on is stated in the proposal.

How often are backups made?

Backup frequency, retention and restoration options are set out in the agreement. We match them to how your website or store is used.

    Digital services are offered on a subscription basis; a custom quote is available if you prefer. Minimum 3 months; standard terms of 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months where shown. Terms longer than 36 months by agreement. Complete packages have a fixed 12-month term.

    Up to 5 website(s), 50 GB storage, 500 GB monthly traffic and 5 database(s). Hosting management, SSL, backups and hosting support. Mailboxes and website maintenance are separate.

    Hosting can be paid monthly or annually in advance: 12 months for the price of 10. The annual benefit also applies on renewal at the then-current rate and is not stacked with packages including maintenance. Domains are billed separately each year.

    The move of existing AJDN customers to the new VPS is included in their migration proposal. Store hosting is selected based on actual load. Billing starts on the agreed delivery date; cancellation arrangements are confirmed in advance.

    Hosting is included and is not charged twice. Only maintenance receives a term discount. A build or complete package needs no extra care plan for the same website.

    New features, paid licences and malware recovery are outside maintenance. Extra work quoted in advance. No 24/7 service or guaranteed response time. Continuation, cancellation and any new rates are discussed before the term ends.

    Clear agreements in advance

    Ad spend, domains, mailboxes, payment and transaction fees, external subscriptions, apps and licences are separate unless explicitly included. Extra languages and special features are quoted separately.

    Start, delivery, ownership, early termination, outstanding instalments and renewal are agreed before acceptance. Terms over 36 months require a separate proposal; discounts are not automatically extrapolated.
