Sample and order-led start
- Test garment, fit, artwork and finishing from one item. AJDN orders the garment after a webshop order arrives; dispatch is normally within 1–5 working days, subject to supplier stock.
Stock-led on-demand
- Fully production-ready stocked items received before 15:00 Monday–Thursday or before 12:00 on Friday can normally be dispatched the same working day.
Garments and samples
- Choose collections for brands, merchandise and workwear. View and try products in the Ridderkerk showroom. Business garments start at €3 per item, excluding decoration and 21% VAT.
DTG, DTF and DTM
- AJDN assesses design, material, position and volume. DTG starts at €2 for a chest logo of around 60 mm, applied DTF often around €2.50 and DTM from €0.50 at neck-label size. Garments are charged separately.
Embroidery and special finishes
- From flat and 3D embroidery to Appliqué, Chenille, Embossed and Full Colour Embroidery. Flat embroidery starts at €8.15 per application up to around 5,000 stitches for 1–11 items; garment excluded.
Private-label finishing
- Add printed neck labels, size and care labels, hangtags, barcodes, QR codes, inserts and packaging. A printed neck label starts at €0.50; the garment is charged separately.
Stock and shipping
- Combine customer-owned stock, quality control, order processing, returns inspection and white-label shipping. Storage starts at €50 per full rack of approximately 90 × 180 × 40 cm per month.
- Price basis: these are business starting or indicative prices excluding 21% VAT. Garment, additional positions, larger dimensions, more stitches, special materials, labels, packaging and shipping are confirmed separately. Consumers receive a total price including VAT and the applicable consumer terms before acceptance.
Practical answers for clothing brands and webshops
- Yes. On-demand production is available from one item, with no setup fee or minimum monthly volume. Garments, production, brand finishing, storage and shipping are confirmed according to your chosen route. Business prices exclude 21% VAT.
- In an order-led flow, AJDN orders the item after the webshop order arrives and dispatch normally follows within 1–5 working days, subject to supplier stock. In a stock-led flow, agreed items are ready and fully production-ready orders can normally be dispatched within the confirmed cut-off.
- Storage from €50 per shelf per month
Storage
- €50 per full shelf per month. A shelf is approximately 90 × 180 × 40 cm and holds around 100 hoodies or 500 T-shirts depending on the product.
Receiving and counting
- Receiving and counting costs €50 per assignment. An extra stock check or periodic inventory also costs €50 per assignment and only takes place with prior approval. Incoming-stock photography is included.
Returns
- Regular return inspection is included up to a 10% return rate per calendar quarter. Above this threshold the charge is €2.50 per return; exceptional additional work is €85 per hour after consultation.
Packaging
- Examples: small logo box 37 × 26 × 3 cm for up to 2 T-shirts €0.95; medium logo box 40 × 30 × 10 cm for up to 2 hoodies or 6 T-shirts €1.30. Larger boxes and sizes may vary by supplier.
Practical answers about apparel fulfilment
- There is no onboarding fee and no separate pick-and-pack fee. Storage costs €50 per full shelf per month. Receiving and counting, additional checks, packaging, shipping labels and carrier costs follow the confirmed agreement. All stated business prices exclude VAT.

How quickly can fulfilment start?
The start date depends on complete agreements, access, stock and order rules. Before launch we verify the technical order flow with a test order.
What belongs to pick and pack and what is agreed separately?
What belongs to standard order handling and which labels, materials, repacking or carrier costs are billed separately is set in the proposal.
How are returns handled in fulfilment?
Regular return inspection versus exceptional extra work (for example repair or extended sorting) is agreed in advance; reporting follows the agreed method.
Can I use my own packaging and inserts?
Yes. Own boxes, mailers, thank-you cards, stickers, discount codes and inserts are possible. AJDN can also ship neutrally or fully white-label.
Which carrier does AJDN use?
Worldwide from the Netherlands via DHL; PostNL is available as backup. Customs charges are paid by the customer. Insured shipping is available and is confirmed in writing for each order. Carrier costs and lead time are separate from production lead time.
How do I provide product and order files?

Is my webshop fully operational after five minutes?
No. About five minutes applies only to activating the WooCommerce or Shopify connection when access is available. Products, variants, SKUs, production data, prices, shipping, order rules and the test order are checked separately.
