What is DTM?
DTM cuts shapes, lettering and logos from the chosen material. Options include rubber, glitter film and metallic film.
You supply artwork (usually with clean contours). AJDN cuts the chosen film and applies it to the agreed textile. Which film fits depends on design, fabric and use; that is confirmed in the advice.

When do you use DTM?
DTM fits brand details where you want a cut film effect: logos, names, numbers or simple shapes on garments and merchandise. Whether DTM fits better than DTG, DTF or embroidery is discussed against your artwork and textile.

Practical answers about production
- DTM starts at €0.50 excluding VAT per application, based on a small neck-label size. The garment is not included. There are no separate setup or cutting charges.
- The maximum practical format is approximately 40 × 50 cm. Size, layers, media and ink usage determine the final price.
- Wash at no more than 30 °C, inside out, do not tumble dry and do not iron directly over the decoration. The strictest garment or decoration instruction applies.
- Send files by email, not WhatsApp. A vector file such as AI, EPS or PDF is preferred; a transparent PNG at final size and at least 300 dpi can also be assessed.
