A warehouse or production team needs different materials and layers from a teacher, care team, shop assistant or event crew. For a project start, school year, event or new branch, a structured list with department or person, item, colour, size, logo, name and delivery location works best. That way the first delivery is distributed correctly straight away.
Ongoing programmes and repeat orders
For larger or ongoing programmes we combine personalisation with storage, stock management, labels, packaging, returns checks and shipping to teams or branches. When a visit to Ridderkerk is not practical, we prepare the project digitally with product information, files, size lists and, where needed, a sample.
Repeat orders start from the data recorded during the first production run, such as position, size, thread colour and print dimensions. Before producing again we check the availability of the garment, colour and sizes; if something has changed, we agree an alternative first. If you run a clothing brand or online shop, AJDN can also handle private label, storage and fulfilment.

Production, warehouse, office and showroom are at Brouwerstraat 34 in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands; visits are preferably by appointment via info@ajdn.com or +31 85 130 46 14; walk-ins are welcome too. Many projects are prepared remotely with logo files, product information, size lists and digital approval.
We work for clients in Tilburg and Central Brabant, for example in Waalwijk, Oisterwijk, Goirle and Berkel-Enschot. AJDN ships worldwide, with exceptions by agreement. We confirm the schedule only after checking stock, quantities, technique and approval, so please mention a fixed date in your request.

Embroidery, printing or DTF: the garment decides the technique
We choose the technique based on the garment, the logo and how it will be used. Embroidery gives a durable, refined finish on polo shirts, sweaters, jackets and caps. For garment printing we compare options such as DTG on suitable cotton and DTF for full-colour designs, gradients and small details; separate DTF transfers are also available. If a technique does not suit the fabric or the design, we raise it before production.
For PPE and other certified garments, the manufacturer’s instructions determine where and how decoration is allowed. We do not place embroidery or transfers on reflective parts, seams, membranes or protection zones; decoration never adds a protection class. Sometimes separate teamwear alongside the protective clothing is the better solution.
