We then combine garment selection with embroidery, DTF, neck labels, hang tags and branded packaging, and discuss audience, fit, colours, quantities and sales model before recommending a production route.

Staff turnover and multiple locations

Amsterdam organisations with frequent new starters benefit from a reproducible basis. Clothing can be sorted by team, employee or delivery location when agreed in advance, and for multiple locations we agree on stock, name or number personalisation, packaging and separate shipments. Whether a collection can run without stock depends on base garments, decoration and volumes.

Once a design is approved, we keep the production data: position, dimensions, thread colours or print size. When you reorder later, we first check that the garment, colour and sizes are still available and suggest an alternative if needed. Clothing brands and online shops can then continue with private label, storage and fulfilment.

AJDN has no branch in Amsterdam. Production, warehouse, office and showroom are at Brouwerstraat 34 in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands; visits are preferably by appointment via info@ajdn.com or +31 85 130 46 14; walk-ins are welcome too. Many projects are prepared remotely with logo files, product information, size lists and digital approval.

We work for clients in Amsterdam and the surrounding area, for example in Amstelveen, Diemen and Zaandam. AJDN ships worldwide, with exceptions by agreement. We confirm the schedule only after checking stock, quantities, technique and approval, so please mention a fixed date in your request.

Embroidery, printing or DTF: the garment decides the technique

The right technique depends on the fabric, the design and how often the clothing is worn and washed. Logo embroidery suits work jackets, polo shirts, fleeces and caps that need to look professional for a long time. For garment printing we use DTG on suitable cotton and DTF for many colours or fine lines; DTF transfers can also be ordered separately. Any doubts about the material are discussed before production.

For protective or certified workwear we check the product information first. Embroidery or a transfer must not affect reflective parts, seams, membranes or protection zones, and decoration never adds a protection class. Sometimes separate teamwear is the better choice.
