A more responsible textile choice depends on more than one material or certificate. Service life, fit, use, washing, decoration, stock and returns all influence whether a product is suitable for your brand or business.
AJDN therefore looks beyond the blank garment. We assess the design, finish, expected order volume and logistics route so that the selected product and process also work in everyday use.
What we assess together
Four decision areas help review textile choice, decoration, production model and logistics together.
Textile and service life
We compare garments, fabrics, weights, colours and fits against the intended use. The best option is the one that remains comfortable and performs for the required period.
Suitable decoration
Embroidery, DTF, DTG and other methods respond differently to material, size and use. AJDN checks the design and recommends a technically suitable route.
Demand-led production
Stock-led, order-led or on-demand: we select the workflow that fits sales pace, lead time and overstock risk. On-demand is a useful tool, not an automatic sustainability claim.
Use and logistics
Care, packaging, stock control, shipping and returns are part of the same decision. The garment label and the strictest decoration instruction remain leading.
Certificates belong to the correct product or brand
AJDN does not hold a GOTS, OCS, GRS or OEKO-TEX certificate in its own company name. If a brand, product, material or ink carries a certification, we attribute that claim only to the relevant source and check what applies at the time of ordering.

Frequently asked questions
Does AJDN hold its own sustainability certificate?
No. AJDN does not hold GOTS, OCS, GRS or OEKO-TEX certification in its own company name. Certifications are mentioned only for the specific brand, product, material or ink to which they demonstrably apply.
Can AJDN supply organic or recycled textiles?
This depends on the selected brand and garment. We check which materials, colours, sizes and supplier information are currently available for each request.
Is on-demand production always more sustainable?
Not automatically. On-demand can reduce overproduction and unsold stock, but product choice, transport, packaging, returns and service life remain part of the total assessment.
Which decoration method lasts the longest?
That depends on the textile, design, use and washing. AJDN reviews each design technically and recommends the method that best fits the application.
How should personalised clothing be cared for?
Always follow the garment care label and the decoration instructions; the strictest rule takes precedence. For many AJDN decorations, we advise washing inside out at no more than 30 °C, avoiding tumble drying and never ironing directly over the decoration.
