An embroidered base with DTG full colour over the thread for larger areas and colour detail.

AJDN finishes patch edges professionally; badges are not simply cut loose from the material.

Clear pricing, timing and artwork requirements
- AI, EPS or PDF is preferred. A transparent PNG at final size and at least 300 dpi can be assessed.
- Production files are emailed to info@ajdn.com and are never sent through WhatsApp.
- Wash inside out at a maximum of 30 °C, do not tumble dry or bleach and do not iron over the decoration.

More than 800 thread colours
- Digitising starts at €10 for 1–11 items and is not charged separately from 12 items.
- AI, EPS or PDF is preferred. A transparent PNG at final size and at least 300 dpi can also be reviewed.
- Wash inside out at max. 30 °C, no tumble dryer or bleach and do not iron on the decoration.

An embroidered badge is a separate emblem for clothing, caps, bags and accessories. Visible thread relief gives logos, club colours and brand details a durable textile appearance.

What is the difference between a badge, patch and emblem?
The terms are often used interchangeably. AJDN means a separate textile element produced with embroidery, material and edge finishing and supplied loose or applied.
Can I order one badge or sample?
Yes. Badges and physical samples are available on request; the terms are confirmed in the proposal.
Which techniques are available?
