    Digital services are offered on a subscription basis; a custom quote is available if you prefer. Minimum 3 months; standard terms of 3, 6, 12, 24 and 36 months where shown. Terms longer than 36 months by agreement. Complete packages have a fixed 12-month term.

    For the content and insight modules, files, channels and timing are agreed in advance. Unused monthly volume within those modules does not roll over; extra work requires agreement on an additional price.

    Custom work complements the defined Content & copywriting, Product photography and Video & Reels packages. You receive a personal subscription proposal with the work, timing and price before we start.

    Clear agreements in advance

    Ad spend, domains, mailboxes, payment and transaction fees, external subscriptions, apps and licences are separate unless explicitly included. Extra languages and special features are quoted separately.

    Start, delivery, ownership, early termination, outstanding instalments and renewal are agreed before acceptance. Terms over 36 months require a separate proposal; discounts are not automatically extrapolated.
