AJDN offers Direct to Film decoration and ordering DTF transfers. Suitability depends on artwork and substrate.
Choosing garments

Prices, lead times and facts
- DTF transfers per running metre: €17.50 for 1–3 metres, €15.00 for 4–10 metres and €12.50 from 11 metres.
- Applied DTF, price examples: a chest logo of about 60 mm wide usually costs around €2.50 in print costs; a back logo usually €3.50 to €6; large, full-coverage prints can reach around €10. The garment is not included.
- Machine: the transfers are produced in Ridderkerk on the Mimaki TxF300-75, then pressed and finished under controlled settings.
- Lead time: DTF transfers are normally produced the same or the next working day; applied DTF, from one piece, normally ships within 1–5 working days once order, file and material are ready.
- Capacity: up to around 800 DTF-printed items per working day, depending on design, size, positions and planning.

On a roll or individually cut
- Transfers are supplied on a roll as standard. Individual cutting is available on request for €0.20 per logo excluding VAT.
Send your logo and specifications
- Send a transparent PNG, AI, EPS or PSD file with the final size and quantity. Raster files must be at least 300 dpi at the actual size; Adobe RGB (1998) is preferred. If in doubt, read Adobe’s guide to image resolution .
Linear metre
- The safe print width is 56 cm; the technical film width is 567 mm. The minimum billed length is one metre.
Individual cutting on request
- We supply transfers on a roll as standard. On request, we cut logos individually for €0.20 per logo excluding VAT.
DTF prices per linear metre
- One linear metre has a safe print width of 56 cm. The public business prices below exclude VAT.
- Business prices exclude VAT. Minimum one metre. Up to and including 20 cm above a whole metre is rounded down to that metre; above 20 cm and below 80 cm we charge the actual length; from 80 cm we round up. The lower price tier applies at 4 and 11 billed metres. Individual cutting and shipping are charged separately. Private customers receive a total price including VAT before acceptance.
Everything about DTF transfers
- Minimum one metre. Up to and including 20 cm above a whole metre is rounded down to that whole metre, above 20 cm and below 80 cm we charge the actual length, and from 80 cm we round up to the next metre. Lower price tier: only at 4 or 11 billed metres. We supply transfers on a roll as standard; individual cutting costs €0.20 per logo excluding VAT.
- The transfer is hot peel. Guideline: cotton 135 °C, polyester 125 °C, both for 12 seconds at medium pressure; cardboard 90 °C, 10 seconds at light pressure. Start leather and denim with the cotton setting after a test; we do not recommend nylon without an adhesion test. A second press for 10 seconds at medium pressure with a protective sheet is advised.
- Wait at least 24 hours before the first wash. Wash inside out at no more than 30 °C, do not tumble dry and do not iron directly over the print. Store unpressed transfers in a dark, dry place; the indicative shelf life is 6 to 12 months. Test older transfers first.
