Options
AJDN offers garment embroidery, 3D, appliqué, chenille, embossed, full colour, badges/patches and caps. The right technique depends on artwork, fabric and use.

- Starting price per embroidery application up to 5,000 stitches for 1–11 pieces. The garment is not included.
Embroidery quality starts before the first stitch
- AJDN embroiders in-house using Tajima and Meistergram machines and more than 800 available thread colours. Before production, we assess the size, stitch construction, fabric, placement and thread. This helps prevent small details from closing up or a logo from becoming unnecessarily stiff and heavy.
Calculate the embroidery price by stitch count and quantity

- Total embroidery: € 8,15 excl. VAT
- Calculation: 1 application, 1–11 piece tier, maximum 5,000 stitches.
- For 1–11 pieces, one-off digitising charges start at €10.
- Up to and including 5,000 stitches, the 5,000-stitch row applies. Above this, the stitch count is rounded up to the next started 1,000 stitches. Above 15,000 stitches, the calculation continues with €0.50, €0.45, €0.40, €0.35, €0.30, €0.25 or €0.20 respectively per additional started 1,000 stitches, depending on the quantity tier.
Clear in advance what you receive and what it costs
- Preferably supply AI, EPS or PDF; a transparent PNG at production size and 300 dpi can also be assessed.
- For 1–11 pieces, digitising or artwork charges start at €10. These separate charges do not apply from 12 pieces or for integrated webshop on-demand production.
- AJDN retains the embroidery production file for repeat orders. If you want to purchase the file, it costs €4 per started 1,000 stitches; you receive EMB and DST files and may use them elsewhere.
Production time, rush orders and customer-supplied garments
- A standard production order is normally dispatched within 1–5 working days. Integrated webshop on-demand orders have an average production time of one working day. The period starts after the order or quotation has been approved, the file is technically suitable, any design has been approved and the required garments or materials are available or received. Transit time is not included.
- Wash embroidered garments at a maximum of 30 °C, inside out, without tumble drying or bleach, and do not iron directly over the decoration. The strictest instruction for the garment or finish takes precedence.

- That depends on the typeface, line, fabric, thread and method. For Appliqué, Chenille and Embossed, we recommend letters and independent details from approximately 10 mm and lines from approximately 5 mm for a better result. Flat embroidery is assessed per design; details are simplified where necessary.

How do I know how many stitches my logo has?
This can only be determined reliably after the artwork has been digitised or technically assessed at the required size and for the selected method. After your request, email the file to info@ajdn.com. AJDN then confirms the stitch count and price.
Can I have my own garments embroidered?
Yes, when the items are unworn and unwashed and the position is technically accessible. Supplied garments are processed under separate risk conditions; for expensive or exclusive items, we recommend a test first.
Which embroidery positions and products are possible?
Any position where the textile can be properly hooped can be assessed. AJDN embroiders T-shirts, polos, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, trousers, caps, beanies, bags, towels, workwear, badges and patches.
