File retention: Embroidery and print files are kept for 5 years, unless the customer deletes them.
Boundaries and agreements
- The right technique depends on artwork, fabric and use.
- You receive a proposal. Prices and timings only when confirmed there.
- Can I supply my own garments? It can be part of the proposal; confirm conditions per order.
- Carrier costs and lead time are separate from production lead time.

Yes. We can discuss production, store integrations and fulfilment together. The setup and feasibility depend on your products and workflows.
What files should I send?
Preferably print-ready artwork to info@ajdn.com.
What happens after I enquire?
A technical review and then a proposal. After approval and complete materials, production starts.
