Send your file by email to info@ajdn.com. WhatsApp is for questions only, not for production files.
Receive price and planning
AJDN checks the technical options and confirms garments, execution, costs and the expected dispatch date. Where technically useful, you receive a digital preview.
Production and checks
After the necessary approval and once garments, file and materials are ready, we start production. We check the result before dispatch or collection.
Production time and your own garments
Transit time comes on top of this. Faster planning is only possible once confirmed in the proposal.
Your own garments must be new, unworn and unwashed. The technical assessment and the conditions for supplied garments apply. For valuable items we recommend a test on one item first.
Shipping costs are charged separately.
Quote and planning
The total price depends on the garment style, quantity, design, embroidery placements and stitch count. Let us know whether AJDN supplies the garments or you provide new garments yourself. You receive a proposal in which garment and embroidery costs are clearly itemised.
This is not a hoodie price including embroidery. Special materials and extra placements are priced in advance.
Additional samples and samples on your own garments are priced in advance.

In pictures
From a subtle chest logo to a bold back design
A small chest logo needs a different approach from a large design on the back. AJDN assesses size, detail, stitch structure, fabric and placement in advance. You do not need to know the stitch count: email your design after your request and we decide which execution is suitable.
Flat embroidery is a versatile choice. For a different look, after checking the design we can also discuss 3D, Appliqué, Chenille or Embossed. Not every technique suits every design.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order one hoodie as a sample first?
Yes. AJDN confirms the costs and checks the design and garment in advance.
Do I need to know the stitch count?
No. Give the preferred size and placement and email your logo after your request. AJDN assesses the design and confirms the stitch count and price.
Can you also embroider sweatshirts without a hood?
Yes. Hoodies and sweatshirts can be embroidered when the material, construction and chosen placement are technically suitable. We advise on the combination of garment and design.
Can I reorder the same garments later?
AJDN keeps the embroidery file for repeat production. For a new order we check current availability of the garment style, colour and sizes.
How do I wash an embroidered hoodie?
Maximum 30 °C, inside out, no tumble dryer, no bleach and do not iron directly over the decoration. Also follow the garment’s care label; the strictest instruction applies.
Which files should I supply?
Preferably send embroidery-ready vector files (AI, EPS or PDF) to info@ajdn.com. The right file format follows in our advice.
How do I choose the right embroidery technique?
That depends on design, fabric and use. Via info@ajdn.com or the AJDN App (AI specialists are clearly identified as AI) you receive a concrete proposal.
