Restocks per employee, department or location

Orders can be grouped by factory, warehouse, technical team, office or event when the distribution is agreed before production. We record garments, sizes and personalisation so restocks keep the same look when staff change or a new location opens.

Once approved, we record the production data, such as position, size, thread colours or print dimensions. For every repeat order we check again whether the garment, colour and sizes are available and discuss an alternative before production. For clothing brands and online shops, the work can continue with private label, storage and fulfilment.

Production in Ridderkerk, clients in Castellón

AJDN has no branch in Castellón. Production, warehouse, office and showroom are at Brouwerstraat 34 in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands; visits are preferably by appointment via info@ajdn.com or +31 85 130 46 14; walk-ins are welcome too. Many projects are prepared remotely with logo files, product information, size lists and digital approval.

We work for clients in Castellón and its province, for example in Vila-real, Onda, Almassora, Burriana and Benicàssim. AJDN ships worldwide, with exceptions by agreement. We confirm the schedule only after checking stock, quantities, technique and approval, so please mention a fixed date in your request.

In 2027, AJDN will also have a warehouse, production facilities, office and showroom in Alicante. The address and visiting arrangements will follow; until then, production and the showroom remain in Ridderkerk.

Embroidery, printing or DTF: the garment decides the technique

The right technique depends on the fabric, the design and how often the clothing is worn and washed. Logo embroidery suits work jackets, polo shirts, fleeces and caps that need to look professional for a long time. For garment printing we use DTG on suitable cotton and DTF for many colours or fine lines; DTF transfers can also be ordered separately. Any doubts about the material are discussed before production.

For PPE and other certified garments, the manufacturer’s instructions determine where and how decoration is allowed. We do not place embroidery or transfers on reflective parts, seams, membranes or protection zones; decoration never adds a protection class. Sometimes separate teamwear alongside the protective clothing is the better solution.
