In one hotel or resort, reception, restaurant floor, bar, kitchen, housekeeping, entertainment, spa, maintenance and management all work side by side. Each role needs different comfort and materials, but guests should recognise one identity from the first contact.

Shirts, blouses, polo shirts, light knitwear and representative jackets suit reception and management; on the floor, at the bar and in the kitchen washability and freedom of movement come first, and entertainment and maintenance need visible, hard-wearing garments.

Groups with several venues and seasons

If a group runs several hotels, restaurants or apartments, clothing can be grouped by venue or team when the distribution is agreed before production. We record garments, sizes and personalisation so new seasonal staff receive the same look.

Repeat orders start from the data recorded during the first production run, such as position, size, thread colour and print dimensions. Before producing again we check the availability of the garment, colour and sizes; if something has changed, we agree an alternative first. If you run a clothing brand or online shop, AJDN can also handle private label, storage and fulfilment.

Production in Ridderkerk, clients in Benidorm

AJDN has no branch in Benidorm. Production, warehouse, office and showroom are at Brouwerstraat 34 in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands; visits are preferably by appointment via info@ajdn.com or +31 85 130 46 14; walk-ins are welcome too. Many projects are prepared remotely with logo files, product information, size lists and digital approval.

We work for clients in Benidorm and the Marina Baixa, for example in L’Alfàs del Pi, La Nucía, Altea and Villajoyosa. AJDN ships worldwide, with exceptions by agreement. We confirm the schedule only after checking stock, quantities, technique and approval, so please mention a fixed date in your request.

In 2027, AJDN will also have a warehouse, production facilities, office and showroom in Alicante. The address and visiting arrangements will follow; until then, production and the showroom remain in Ridderkerk.

Embroidery, printing or DTF: the garment decides the technique

We choose the technique based on the garment, the logo and how it will be used. Embroidery gives a durable, refined finish on polo shirts, sweaters, jackets and caps. For garment printing we compare options such as DTG on suitable cotton and DTF for full-colour designs, gradients and small details; separate DTF transfers are also available. If a technique does not suit the fabric or the design, we raise it before production.

For PPE and other certified garments, the manufacturer’s instructions determine where and how decoration is allowed. We do not place embroidery or transfers on reflective parts, seams, membranes or protection zones; decoration never adds a protection class. Sometimes separate teamwear alongside the protective clothing is the better solution.
