A hospitality uniform, an event T-shirt and a commercial collection each need different choices: a suitable garment, a compatible technique and a well-prepared file.

We personalise T-shirts, polo shirts, sweaters, jackets, caps, aprons and bags, and can add neck labels, hang tags and packaging. For brands selling online, production can continue into storage, order picking and shipping.

Design checks before production

Before embroidering we look at the number of colours, size, details and placement; a small logo may need simplifying so text and lines stay legible. For DTF we check resolution, transparency, outlines and dimensions. Not every garment reacts the same way: weight, composition, stretch, seams and washing all affect the finish.

Once a design is approved, we keep the production data: position, dimensions, thread colours or print size. When you reorder later, we first check that the garment, colour and sizes are still available and suggest an alternative if needed. Clothing brands and online shops can then continue with private label, storage and fulfilment.

Production in Ridderkerk, clients in Valencia

AJDN has no branch in Valencia. Production, warehouse, office and showroom are at Brouwerstraat 34 in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands; visits are preferably by appointment via info@ajdn.com or +31 85 130 46 14; walk-ins are welcome too. Many projects are prepared remotely with logo files, product information, size lists and digital approval.

We work for clients in Valencia and its province, for example in Paterna, Torrent and Sagunto. AJDN ships worldwide, with exceptions by agreement. We confirm the schedule only after checking stock, quantities, technique and approval, so please mention a fixed date in your request.

In 2027, AJDN will also have a warehouse, production facilities, office and showroom in Alicante. The address and visiting arrangements will follow; until then, production and the showroom remain in Ridderkerk.

Our digital services are available exclusively on a subscription basis, with monthly fees and a minimum term of 3 months. Terms longer than 36 months are agreed individually.

Embroidery, printing or DTF: the garment decides the technique

We choose the technique based on the garment, the logo and how it will be used. Embroidery gives a durable, refined finish on polo shirts, sweaters, jackets and caps. For garment printing we compare options such as DTG on suitable cotton and DTF for full-colour designs, gradients and small details; separate DTF transfers are also available. If a technique does not suit the fabric or the design, we raise it before production.

For protective or certified workwear we read the manufacturer’s product information first. Reflective parts, seams, membranes and protection zones stay clear, and a logo does not change the protection class. Where necessary, we recommend placing the logo on separate teamwear.
