New starters, multiple locations and recurring events
Organisations with changing teams benefit from an overview with employee or department, role, item, colour, size, personalisation and delivery location. Clothing can be grouped by branch, team, event or person when the distribution is complete beforehand. Give a fixed date for onboarding, a trade fair, event or project start in your first request.
Once approved, we record the production data, such as position, size, thread colours or print dimensions. For every repeat order we check again whether the garment, colour and sizes are available and discuss an alternative before production. For clothing brands and online shops, the work can continue with private label, storage and fulfilment.

AJDN has no branch in Arnhem. Production, warehouse, office and showroom are at Brouwerstraat 34 in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands; visits are preferably by appointment via info@ajdn.com or +31 85 130 46 14; walk-ins are welcome too. Many projects are prepared remotely with logo files, product information, size lists and digital approval.
We work for clients in Arnhem and the surrounding area, for example in Duiven, Zevenaar, Westervoort, Velp and Rheden. AJDN ships worldwide, with exceptions by agreement. We confirm the schedule only after checking stock, quantities, technique and approval, so please mention a fixed date in your request.

Embroidery, printing or DTF: the garment decides the technique
We choose the technique based on the garment, the logo and how it will be used. Embroidery gives a durable, refined finish on polo shirts, sweaters, jackets and caps. For garment printing we compare options such as DTG on suitable cotton and DTF for full-colour designs, gradients and small details; separate DTF transfers are also available. If a technique does not suit the fabric or the design, we raise it before production.
For protective or certified workwear we check the product information first. Embroidery or a transfer must not affect reflective parts, seams, membranes or protection zones, and decoration never adds a protection class. Sometimes separate teamwear is the better choice.
