Sports textiles call for a combination of the right garment, a technically suitable decoration technique and a reproducible production process. AJDN assesses artwork, fabric, position, use and quantities before recommending DTF, DTG, DTM (cutting-plotter materials) or embroidery.

Design and material together determine the result

We assess contrast, legibility, movement, stretch, seams, ventilation zones and washing. We also check whether a single decoration size works across the full size range and whether the functional properties of the fabric call for additional technical checks.

Which technique suits sportswear?

DTF is versatile for full-colour logos. DTG works best on suitable cotton garments. DTM (cutting-plotter materials such as rubber, glitter foil and metallic foil) suits cut logos, names and details. Embroidery gives a strong textile look on sufficiently stable garments.
